Job Description

theatreMAMA is now looking for Circus Performers to activate pop-up marketing events for several esteemed wine, champagne and spirit brands at restaurants, bars, hotels, etc in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas.  We are currently looking for performers with the following skills: 

• Juggling

• Contortion

• Champagne Dress Performance

• Adagio

• Hand Balancing

• Stilt Walking

All performers must have experience interacting with public while performing (as opposed to simply performing on the stage), must speak English, must be well presented and over the age of 21.   

The ideal candidate would be a team player, 100% dependable, smart, organized, upbeat, and professional. 

Performer Qualifications & Responsibilities

Ideal Performers must be:

• lively,

• outgoing,

• energetic,

• enthusiastic,

• knowledgeable,

• theatrical,

• motivated,

• responsible and dedicated;

• comfortable approaching strangers;

• exuberantly joyous and happy;

• capable of inspiring happiness in passersby;

• good at provoking the imagination and curiosity of others;

• able to use their theatrical talents to translate into the promotional style on the streets while interacting with the public in character.

Production Dates & Locations

Circus Performers will be assigned to multiple gigs, but the dates and times will vary.

Weekly schedule is flexible and will be based on applicant's availability.

Compensation

All performers are paid a competitive hourly rate.
