It’s the opening night of Jersey Boys the Musical at the famous Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles. The RSVP list read like the names from the front of an “US Magazine.” CTGLA hired MAMA to create an experience on the main concourse of the Ahmanson Theater at the Music Center. We knew our activation had to speak to the ultimately fun atmosphere of the show, remain classy and sophisticated, and be provocative enough to live on in social media. What better way to treat these local tastemakers than to create a living photo booth inside one of the hottest cars from the era.
Guests were hopping over themselves and even standing in line for the opportunity to be photographed with our Jersey Girl ambassadors in the gorgeous 1965 Ford Mustang convertible. The music of the Jersey Boys sang out joyously as our professional photographer snapped the shots. Our ambassadors greeted and interviewed guests live on Instagram, lead them through the experience, and sent them away with a special gift. Social networks were ablaze with everyone’s pictures of their posse in true Jersey Boys style. THE Frankie Valli even make a point to come up and express how much fun it looked like everyone was having during the activation! “Oh what a night,” it was indeed!
