To celebrate the start of the new season at the Metropolitan Opera, MAMA brought the drama of the stage to the streets. Our teams traveled throughout New York City to engage with locals and create a spike in season ticket sales. The activation started with a large PR stunt involving 20 ambassadors in densely populated areas such as Times Square, Penn Station and Herald Square. Our teams provoked excitement as patrons saw the large sales team take to the streets dressed uniformly in their sleek and elegant Metropolitan Opera shirts.
For the remainder of the activation, our marketing and sales strategy had our Met Opera teams traveling to areas dense with locals. This included various locations and events throughout Manhattan, and in Brooklyn as well. Each ambassador served as a well informed and polished source of information and excitement. Our campaign created a massive splash of excitement and passion for the new season at The Metropolitan Opera!
