theatreMAMA is seeking performers with strong physical theater skills, clowning, and improvisation skills to be a part of our summer Blue Man Group Street Team. Performers with percussion experience preferred. Street team members will be stationed in high traffic areas in New York City, in addition to city festivals and events.

Applicants should be:

Comfortable talking to strangers
Able to memorize/learn information quickly
Outgoing and Lively
Able to work outside in a variety of weather and temperature conditions
Stand on their feet for long periods of time
Have a love for theater and people
Be motivated, responsible, and have a go-with-the flow attitude
Percussion/Musical Instrument Experience Preferred

SCHEDULE:

Ambassador must be available Friday/Saturday/Sunday April through August, though will not be scheduled for every day. Shifts are 4 hours in length, varying anytime from 10am-7pm

COMPENSATION:

Ambassadors will be paid a competitive rate.
