True or False: theatreMAMA and WALDO Make a Great Pair

On Saturday, April 30th, two of MAMA's ambassadors set out on a mission with WALDO for a special social media promotion, asking 'True or False' questions to pedestrians and tourists. WALDO's goal was to further pursue their mission of changing how people think and feel about their eyecare and vision, and to shine a light on the importance of taking better care of our eyes, in a way that is playful and engaging. MAMA's casting team selected two of our most charismatic ambassadors, Jackie and Chrissy, to host the show.

We scouted out some of the best locations in Manhattan for prime pedestrian traffic on a day with stunning weather, Times Square, Hells Kitchen, and Pier 84. Unsuspecting pedestrians received a thrilling moment in the spotlight when Jackie and Chrissy ran up to them, followed by our camera crew. If you've ever watched Billy on the Street, imagine that except instead of $1 bills, WALDO gave out reuseable swag bags full of fun prizes.

The day turned out to be a huge success, and MAMA's ambassadors met some very intelligent participants who really knew their stuff about eyesight. Take a swing at how much YOU know.
